Today was Gammie’s special day! Ryan is one smart little fella. . .He knew that it was Gammie and Papa’s 30th Anniversary. It was the sweetest thing I’ve seen from our little boy. He grabbed Gammie’s hand and seemed to move his mouth like he was trying to coo, his eyes were wide open and bright, and he even gave Gammie a huge smile!! I know it absolutely made my day I can only imagine how mom felt!
He is doing very well on his feedings. They’ve been increased to 5.5ml per feeding. The doctor has discontinued one of his diuretic medications. He has been trending down on his urine out put this afternoon but the nurses said he had this same trend yesterday and then had two very large diapers at midnight and then first thing yesterday morning. Our little man not only grew wide but also taller. He now measures 11 ¾ inches!
