Feeding Again!!

Ryan had a very good day. He was allowed to take one bottle this
afternoon with OT. He did very well.

 He still has his oral feeding tube in his mouth so it makes it hard to get a good seal around the nipple of the bottle. He still took his feed in less than the 20minute time period. They also increased his oxygen to 1liter/minute. The nurses said that as long as he does well with his O2 tonight they should be able to put the feeding tube in his nose to help him get a better seal on his bottle.

Here is hoping for a good night so that Ryan will be able to increase his by mouth feedings tomorrow.
