We’ve had a very low key day today. It’s really not been the day that either of us had expected. Today I’ve been married 4 years. We never dreamed that our life would take the twists and turns that it has over the last four years! I do know however I don’t know how I would have gotten through the last four years without him!
One of our most prized possessions is having a very good day today. His feedings have been increased. He can now take up to 55mls of formula at each feeding. He seems much happier with a fuller tummy! He is still having frequent loose stools and we may have to introduce rice cereal once he is several days post op of his hernia repair.
Tonight was Daddy’s first night to spend with us in the hospital. He was introduced to the light that never turns off. His remedy was to cover his face with the blanket and or his hat.
Only bad part. . . .His blanket was too short to cover his feet.
Ryan did not sleep during the 9-12 hours the night before but I was able to get him resting in his swing before he became too cranky. So far so good. We are just waiting on Monday.
