Ryan had a very uneventful night. He remains off his oxygen at this time. The doctor came by and has discontinued his respiratory treatments.
Ryan had a very low key day today. He slept most of the day with very little simulation. We are hopeing that he gains more than 20 grams at his next weight!!
Ryan was very awake when we changed him! His eyes remain very expressive!
He is starting to track object with his eyes very well!
I decided to introduce him to his puppy today. This was the very first gift from Mommy and Daddy. He received this at exactly 1 week!
He seemed to love seeing the puppy!I was able to catch some very cute smiles!!

His nurse had his onsie picked out of their supply when I got there. It just happened to be the same onsie he was wearing here . . . when he was taken off the ventilator!
It is amazing to me to see how well he ‘filled’ out this same onsie!
