Happy Veteran’s Day!!!
Ryan had a good night last night. He hit the 3lb mark again!! He weighed 1360 grams! That’s his highest weight yet!!
He didn’t have any new orders today. His favorite nurse had him again today and they enjoyed their time together as usual. She’s done some education with the rest of the staff regarding his age/mentality. She says that even though he is small that he is nearly 3 months old. This was important to note she said because he isn’t a newborn who feeds and goes right back to sleep and that at his age he needs some social interaction before he returns to sleeping.
I got off late again tonight and missed getting to change his diaper. He was peacefully sleeping so I didn’t bother him. Just admired him for a few minutes and then headed home for Dean’s Veteran’s Day Dinner!
